There is nothing more blissful than a healthy and energetic life for any person. If you don’t agree, ask any chronic disease patient. We all want peaceful, healthy and energetic life, without getting sick ever. Well, it may seem impossible at first, but we can manage to live healthy life without getting sick, or if ever got sick, then the intensity would be minimal and recover early to get back to normal life. For having a healthy life, one has to sacrifice many habitual activities that are bad for health. These habits have been developed over a time, due to eating unhealthy foods, not involved in physical activities, which are necessary of fitness and most importantly becoming lazy due to technological advancements. But the thing is that, how can we recognize about all the bad habits in our daily life. In this article, I will mention you some simple methods to realise the bad habits in your daily life style, so that you can easily get rid of them with the help of determination and will power.

1. Check and Set your Wake-Up Time:

First, we should realize that a healthy life begins with our early wake up routine in daily life. So, you just need to wake up early by concentrating these below points:

  • Make yourself conscious to wake up earlier

  • Sleep early at night 

  • Don’t eat anything late night

  • Set up alarm for morning

2. Exercise Daily

If you really want to make yourself healthier, you should concentrate on your fitness and exercise daily. Many people think that they need to join a fitness club for daily exercise, which is incorrect. You don’t need to join any fitness club, or even don’t need any fitness tools. Although, 30 minutes of daily exercise is very beneficial for your health, but if it is not possible, then you can to do some healthy physical activity and aerobic exercises with punctually, like: 

  • Climbing stairs

  • Jumping Jacks

  • Walking, Power Walking. running

  • Riding Bicycle

  • Rope Jumping

  • Stretching exercise every morning

  • Push ups, pull ups, sit ups and squats

3. Say Big No for any kind of Addictions

You must get rid of addictions like drinking, smoking, playing video games and wasting time on digital devices like:

  • Laptop and Desktop Computers

  • Tablet PCs

  • Mobile Phones

  • Talk shows

  • Facebook scrolling

4. Avoid Stress

Like sleeping and eating, stress and worries are common in our lives. Try to avoid unnecessary burden and simplify your life as much as possible. Getting stress can lead to many diseases including hyper tension, diabetes and heart disease, which are very common.

Exercising, proper sleeping and eating healthy are helpful for relaxation and avoiding stress.

5. Always Think Positive

In person’s physical and spiritual life, human thinking plays a very vital rule. You can’t do  

sustainable work better without positive thinking. Accordingly, you can’t live happily without thinking positively. True happiness comes from 100% positive approach, and without happiness, you can’t live a healthy life.

6. Make a Schedule for Your Daily Activities

Some of our respectable persons said that, “if you don’t have a schedule for your daily life activities, then you are not living a human life.”

When you make a schedule, you can easily manage and control all of your activities, so that you can maintain good health for your very precious life.

7. Avoid Sugar, Fast Food & Bakery Items

As I said earlier, if you need a healthy life, you should sacrifice many things even what you like most. You need to avoid sugar, fast foods, cold drinks, processed foods, tetra packed products and all type of baking items very strictly. Most of these foods can lead to weight gain and obesity, increases the chances of chronic illness like heart disease and diabetes. You should be very conscious about your all intake elements.

8. Add Natural Organic Food in Daily Diet

Nature has a lot of minerals and energy for you already, you just need to utilize it in your daily life. For example, you can replace your margarine and non-natural butter with natural organic butter. You can simply replace sugar with pure honey and chocolates with natural precious dates or other dry fruits. Include meat, fish, whole grains, eggs, vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, healthy fats, and oils in your regular diet.

Eat when you feel hunger. If you don’t feel hungry then avoid eating. While taking the meal, when you get the feeling, “Should I eat a bit more, or should I stop!”, then you should stop eating.

9. Keep Yourself Clean

Cleaning is itself a way to look and feel fresh, energetic and it improves overall health. Keeping your surroundings and yourself clean helps to avoid infection and sickness from viruses and bacteria. Few self-hygiene habits are given as under:

  • Wash your exposed areas, like face, hands, and feet multiple times daily.

  • Take shower at least once or twice a week. But, if you sweat a lot, due to hot and humid day, workout or any other physical activity; then shower after that.

  • Brushing your teeth daily is one of the most important cleaning habit. There are also numerous benefits of cleaning your teeth with the use of miswak.

  • Long nails act as hosts for infections and germs. So, cut your nails on weekly basis.

  • Remove your armpits and public hairs at least once or twice a month.

  • After using toilet, wash yourself with water, then use tissue. Also, wash your hands every time you use the bathroom.

  • Wash your hands before and after meal. Not washing hands before a meal is one of the fastest way, you can fall ill.

10. Care & Cure Yourself Naturally

Don’t rush for medicine to early. You can cure yourself by take care of your food elements and by using herbal & natural items.

Many of the above thing, you might heard before, but I thought to combining all of them at place. So, if you follow these practices, you will live long, healthy and enjoyable life.
